Terms & Return Policy
Returns:
- You have 14 days from the time your receive your item to return regular priced items for a full refund from our Modern Bohème Collection.
- If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund and your return will not be accepted.
- You do have the option to receive store credit or process an exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can reuse the original packaging ( ie. pink paper/mailer :: this is encouraged because all of our packaging is recyclable materials so you don't have to pay for your own.) or purchase/use your own.
- All Vintage and Found items are a FINAL SALE unless they have been strongly misrepresented. We do our best with providing you with sufficient pictures and information before the item is
purchased so that you can compare them to your own clothing.
- All Sale/Marked down items are also FINAL SALE.
Shipping Returns:
Customers are responsible for paying for their own postage for returning your items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Returns
- Once the successful return has arrived to our warehouse you will receive a refund within 5 business days.
- Original Shipping Costs are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange a purchase that is returnable ( Items from our Modern Bohème Collection) please send an email to: info@orchidboheme.com about your exchange request. Then we can temporarily hold the items that would like in exchange for you. We have very limited quantities and want to ensure your exchange will be able to be processed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you upon its arrival.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days You will receive a refund email notification.
